Pilates focus’s on breathing and ‘centring’ strengthening the core, restoring the natural curvature of the spine and re-balancing and strengthening the muscles around the joints.
Pilates offers a full body workout and is designed to make you “feel the burn” The movements are low impact with the option to progress further anytime you feel ready, which means pretty much everyone can do them and is great a way to promote mindfulness and relieve stress helping you to improve overall physical and mental health.
After just a few sessions you will notice a gradual increase in stability, mobility and strength within your body.
